Anna & Jana wanted to break the 9to5 job sufferings. So a few years ago they started to develop software that connects people and knowledge in organizations: to reduce silos, to network expertise and experience – and to make “new work” a reality together.
Right now companies like Innogy, RWE, Beiersdorf, Babbel or Idealo use their software. Besides that they have an unbelievable spirit and working culture with 30 team members, 3 job-sharing tandems, 4 interdisciplinary project teams, 5 freelancers, 12 colleagues with a 4-day week and additional the Bavarian holidays: practice what you preach!
